Important notes for oral, poster presentations and  the ‘meet the expert’ sessions:

1- ORAL PRESENTATIONS: The detailed program including the days of presentations will be on the web  on the 8th of September. Every presentation is expected to last 10 minutes.
2- POSTER INSTRUCTIONS : The posters will be on display althrough out the meeting. The presenters are kindly asked to be by their poster especially on the 29th  between 12:30-13:30. The posters which have not been presented will be noted.
Posters should be

• 90 cm(width) x 100 cm(length).
• presented in English.
• Easily read at  1 meter distance

3-‘MEET THE EXPERT ‘ sessions are scheduled for early morning and aim to be interactive where participants will have the opportunity to discuss the subject with the expert. The expert is kindly requested to prepare:

• An introductory presentation,
• Three to four cases to discuss important aspects of the topic,
• Concluding remarks to finalize the session.

The number of participants to each session will be limited by 35. Participants should pick-up the entrance card of the session from the registration desk as early as possible since the cards will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Tea/coffee and pastry will be provided.
